The Secure Home Package starts at $599 for equipment and installation, or $9.98 monthly for 60 months, and the monitoring starts at $45.99 per month.

The Smart Home Package includes everything in the Secure Package, plus a smart door lock, a smart plug, and the ability to arm and disarm your system remotely with the ADT Control App. The equipment and installation cost of this package starts at $919, or $15.32 monthly for 60 months, and the monitoring starts at $49.99 per month.

The Video & Smart Home Package includes everything in the Smart Package in addition to an HD indoor camera, a video doorbell camera, the ability to view live video streams remotely, and customizable alerts. The equipment and installation cost of this package starts at $1,049, or $17.48 monthly for 60 months, and the monitoring starts at $57.99 per month.

ADT.com offers a variety of products and services for home and business security. Their popular products include ADT Command Touchscreen, ADT Door/Window Sensors, ADT Key Fob, and ADT Motion Sensor. They also offer Security Cameras like Google Nest Doorbell, Nest Cam (outdoor or indoor, battery), Nest Cam (indoor, wired), and Nest Cam with floodlight. For Smart Home Automation, they have products like Nest Thermostat, Nest Learning Thermostat, ADT Smart Light, Nest Mini (2nd gen), Nest Hub (2nd gen), Nest Hub Max, and Smart Lock. In terms of Life Safety, they provide ADT Smoke Detector, ADT Carbon Monoxide Detector, ADT Flood Detector, and ADT Emergency 2-Button Panic. ADT offers several payment methods for their customers. ADT EasyPay is an automated payment option that makes paying your bill automatic. You can set up EasyPay with either a credit/debit card or a bank account. In addition to EasyPay, ADT also allows one-time payments for things like service visit fees on their website. There's also an option called Express Pay which allows you to make a one-time payment without having to log into your MyADT account. Please note that if you make your payment online, it may take up to three business days for your transaction to post to your account. ADT accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ACH payment.

ADT has a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Within 30 days of the order date, you can return a full security system or device for a full refund, without reimbursement of shipping cost. Shipping fees previously paid for orders canceled after shipment are non-refundable. Customers who have already been billed for their first month are reimbursed if they cancel within 30 days.

To begin the return process, contact their Support Center at (877) 464-7437. They will create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that documents the specific items being returned and tracks the equipment throughout the return process. You will receive an email from ADT Security Services that provides you with a list of required equipment to be shipped back to ADT. All equipment, when possible, should be returned using the original box and packaging provided. The required equipment must be returned in good working order, normal wear and tear excepted.

You need to drop off your shipment with FedEx within 30 days of receiving the RMA label to avoid equipment Non-Returned Fees (NRF). If returning using your own carrier and not using the RMA label provided, retain the return receipt until the return has been processed. Returns are processed once received at their return facility. Please allow 10-14 days for inspection and processing. Upon receipt of ALL returned items, you will receive a refund to the original payment method used on the order within 10 to 14 business days. If any return-required equipment is missing from the return, you will be contacted via email. Your credit card may be charged for the full MSRP for return-required equipment that is not received in their warehouse 30 days from your cancellation date.
